Aizen Academy is proud to launch the incredible LEADERSHIP & PUBLIC SPEAKING program, known as

This program strategically creates and promotes leadership by developing a professional 

environment, and by teaching members how to properly speak, think, and act as a leader.

​

By learning how to navigate these environments, members will LEAP above peers to achieve greater success in their future. Each session is designed to teach a many of the 112 soft skills, that are essential in today's school and work environments. 

 

In life we often have the hard skills needed for a job, however they mean absolutely nothing if we don't have the soft skills to make it past the interview.
